Shipping Terms & Conditions

 

Singapore (Local Delivery)

  • We will deliver the goods by courier service.  You should receive them within 3-5 business days after payment is received.  

  • Orders are processed on business days from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays (10.00 am- 6.00 pm). 

  • Items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is received.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change your order details. 

  • After your order has been dispatched, we will inform you the tracking number by email.

  • Delivery cost will be added when you check out. 
(e.g. for small - medium parcel size)
Standard (3-5 business days) : $5
Expedited (2 business days) : $15 
Free local delivery with "Standard" with a purchase of more than $150. 

 

Indonesia

  • We will deliver the goods by courier service.  You should receive them within 3-10 business days after payment is received. It may take longer depending on customs clearance. 
  • Orders are processed on business days from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays (10.00 am- 6.00 pm). 

  • Items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is received.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change your order details. 

  • After your order has been dispatched, we will inform you the tracking number by email.

  • Delivery cost will be added when you check out.
    • Sales tax and/or import tax may apply when you receive the goods  (10% - 40%)
    • You may choose option to collect your orders at our Jakarta Plaza Indonesia store (handling charge - $10) or to deliver from Jakarta office (handling charge - $15).  It may take 1.5-2 months.  We will bear sales tax and import tax.
